You will be centrally located to tour the whole of the South West. Explore neighbouring Exmoor, which is close by and enjoy walks direct from the property. There are a host of leisure activities to enjoy in the area, including walking, fishing, pony trekking and bird watching. There are beaches within 45 minutes drive to the north and south of the county including the traditional seaside resorts of Teignmouth and Torquay to the south and the fabulous surfing beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe on the north coast. Other attractions in the area include the cities of Exeter and Taunton both steeped in history along with their shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Further into Somerset and you will find Dunster Castle and West Somerset Steam Railway. In the evenings relax on the decked area or in the gardens with a glass of wine.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 zip-and-link twin (can be made into a king-size on request). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate shower room with WC. Lounge: lovely large room with wooden floors, TV, Freeview, video, DVD, hi-fi, woodburner (first basket of logs included) and pool table. Snug room with games, books and videos. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, CD/radio player. Outside: decking area with BBQ and seating, sloped grounds overlooking the river and small enclosed grassed area to rear of property. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, electric, towels and wi-fi included. Central heating £35 per week charged September - April payable to owner. 2 medium dogs by arrangement. Additional information: private water supply. Location: beaches on the north and south coasts approximately 45 minutes drive, shops, bars and restaurants in Bampton 4 miles, pub 1 mile.

Tiverton is the main town in the Mid Devon area of Devon, England. It gets its name from the fact that it is located on two fords, and it is located not far from Washfield, Cadeleigh, Bampton, Stoodleigh, Cadbury, and Huntsham and is one of over three hundred towns or villages in Devon in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The closest cities are Exeter (population 106,772), Wells (population 10,406), and Plymouth (which has a population of 243,795 according to the 2001 Census).
